PREPARATION FOR PGD FOR INFERTILITY I
PATIENT PRE-CYCLE PREPARATION
Target patients: Any patient under infertility treatment, that have 35 years or more and produce a minimum of six zygote can see increased its rate of implantation, reducing the aborting risk, diminishing the possibility of a trisomic pregnancy, and by that mean increase the possibilities of having a healthy baby if they take the 9 to 12 chromosome test. The 5 chromosome test is only recommended to prevent the trisomic pregnancy risk.

Restricted Medical Information Form: Is of absolutely importance that this form be signed by the patient (see PGD forms) in which the patient express its consent for the transmission of its clinical information to Reprogenetics Latinoamerica for PGD procedures. This form must be send to Reprogenetics Latinoamérica by fax to (511) 271-6776.
Genetic Counselor: The genetic counseling is part of the complete patient care on behave of Reprogenetics Latinoamerica. This is not obligatory for PGD patients but we encourage all to take this service writing an E-mail to: lab-PGD@reprogenetics.com.pe
PGD consent form: We insist in recommend that you prepare your own PGD consent form for aneuploidia that is expressly related to the practices of your institute. The specific technical expressions for PGD testing can be find in the consent forms section of this web site. Reprogenetics Latinoamerica doesn't need a copy of this form, but we do need that you get that consent form signed.
