PREPARATION FOR PGD FOR
INFERTILITY II
AFTER STARTED THE IVF CYCLE:
Biopsy
appointment date:
The Reprogenetics Latinoamerica PGD team require up to date information
about the appointment date for the embryo biopsy. The actual information
must be send to:
lab-pgd@reprogenetics.com.pe
The information must include the following:

The ovocite recuperation date,
-
Number of fertilized embryos,
-
Delivery information, including the carrier and a trace
number
Cells fixation: Please
visit the samples preparation section of this web site to be sure how to do this
process. If you have any doubt don't hesitate to get in touch with our PGD team
at Reprogenetics Latinoamerica.
About the fixation: Every
sample must come with its own request form and fixation form complete and
correctly filled. Both forms can be found in the forms section of this web site.
Samples packaging: Your
samples must be carefully packed. Reprogenetics Latinoamerica can sell you the
right package by getting in touch with our PGD team. If Reprogenetics
Latinoamerica doesn't have the right package available at that moment, the
samples must be placed in a plastic box for sample plates, grabbed in protection
materials and placed in a 8" x 8" x 8" box. Note: the sample
plates cardboard boxes must no be used for this specific purpose.
Samples transportation:
We recommended same day ground transportation services for this delivery. If you
deliver from out side Peru, we recommended LAN-Cargo services (air
transportation) do to their same day delivery service, or any other fast carrier
service of your preference (same day service).
Delivery of PGD results:
We deliver the PGD results, depending on the samples reception date. Please make
clear the fax and the E-mail where we must send the results.
